This is the first of two workshop series dedicated to the preparation of your Etsy shop for the holiday season. During this workshop we will go through:

Prep your shop for the holidays (we’ll review some useful tips and strategies for inventory, keywords, videos & photos, shipping & shop policies)

Seasonal marketing strategies (we’ll talk about social media and ad campaigns, how to run up sales, and set up coupons effectively)

Customer service during the holidays (we’ll discuss interaction with customers, what are their expectations during the holiday season, and what to do to provide the best customer experience during the busiest time of the year).

As always, at the end of the workshop, there will be a Q&A session, so prepare your questions, I am impatient to answer all of them.
